🧠 ADHD Peer Support
A welcoming space for adults living with, diagnosed with, or exploring ADHD to share practical strategies, encouragement, accountability, and everyday experiences.
No one should have to heal alone.
We host virtual peer-support communities created to help close the gap between struggling alone and finding meaningful connection, encouragement, and shared understanding.

All communities are private, screened, virtual peer-support groups hosted through Caula Veritas Church, LLC. They are designed for adults seeking mutual encouragement, education, connection, and personal growth alongside others with similar lived experiences.
These are open groups. New members may join after completing an interest form and receiving screening confirmation. Approved participants receive the private Zoom information directly.
Important: These communities are not psychotherapy, counseling, crisis intervention, medical treatment, or professionally facilitated clinical groups. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
